Future Plan

· Up gradation of syllabus is urgently required. The up gradation process should be done at the level of City & Guilds

· The admission process should be revised. The project should be open to the all the candidates those who are interested.

· Presently the span of any course is 4 month & it is expected that 200 hours be required to complete the syllabus. It is recommended that up gradation & additions of the syllabus is required & hence span of the course can be increase up to 6 month, which required 300 hours.

· Documentation required for the course can be minimize & hence more concentration should be given on the quality of the training.

· Teacher training programme should be completed before starting the course.

· Visits of the visiting verifier are more contributing in improving quality of the training & knowledge & skill of the teachers therefore at least monthly visit of visiting verifier should be arrange for every course.

· Split up of the syllabus is rearranged & focus of the course should be highlight.

· Clearly aims & objectives of the course should be mentioned in the syllabus.

· The project is expanding on a large scale. Verities of courses were started in our education society. The requirement of each course is different. Documentation part is increases & it should be at institute level & hence decentralization of project is required.

· Roles & responsibilities of city & guilds should be fixed & action plan will be prepared at the level of City & Guilds.

· Involvement & contribution of CII should be increase.
